Dr. Boaz Man Dr. Man, a South Florida native, has been passionate about caring for pets needs since childhood. Beginning at the age of 13, Boaz spent every summer and school holiday working at veterinary hospitals in preparation of his dream to become a veterinarian. Dr. Man graduated from Saint Andrews High School in Boca Raton in 1995 and completed his Bachelors in Biology with a Double Minor in Chemistry and Judaic Studies from the University of Miami in 1999.
Dr. Man received his doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 2004 after completing his clinical training at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Man then completed an internship with board certified internists, surgeons, and critical care veterinarians at Palm Beach Veterinary Specialists. Over the past 15 years Dr. Man has been serving clients and patients at several prominent animal hospitals in South Florida.
Dr. Man resides in Boca Raton with his wife Jade, their daughters Leia Rose and Ruby Sky, and their thirteen year old spayed female pug named Rosie. He believes in providing the highest quality of care to his patients and those that love them and has special interests in dermatology, internal medicine, and surgery. Dr. Man takes great pride in his commitment to practicing cutting edge medicine, diagnostics, and believes staying up to date with technology is one of the many essential keys to practicing good medicine. Most importantly, Dr. Man is dedicated to giving clients the guidance they need to make informed decisions with regard to their pet’s health. MEDICAL DIRECTOR AND OWNER Ron Ron has been the practice manager at Boca Midtowne since 2008. He has worked in all areas of client services, finance, and HR in the clinic. Ron helped build a highly efficient veterinary team to assist Dr. Man in the day to day operations of the hospital. Ron has a BS in chemistry from CNNY in New York and has created an environment where efficiency, teamwork, and client satisfaction are the main goals. He has lived in Florida for more than 23 years, is a devoted husband, father of 2, grandfather of 3, as well as a dad to Tallulah, his 10 year old Devon Rex cat. PRACTICE MANAGER Amy Amy joined our team in 2010 after moving from North Carolina. Amy has worked in the veterinary field since 1990 and has worked filled the roles of a veterinary assistant, veterinary nurse, and veterinary office manager. When not at work Amy enjoys spending time with her adopted cat Hemi and her adopted chihuahua Lilly. Amy enjoys the satisfaction of helping pets in need as well as the human animal bond involved with a veterinary practice. RECEPTIONIST Roberta Roberta joined our team in 2012 but has been working with animals since 1987. She has over 20 years of work experience as a veterinary nurse at Academy Animal Hospital and has also been a hospital manager. Roberta lives in Coconut Creek with her husband, 13 year old son, 3 cats (Tommie, Chuckie & Jacob,) her lab mix Sam, and her turtle Donna. RECEPTIONIST AND VETERINARY NURSE Brandy Brandy joined our team with over ten years of experience in daycare and kennel. Brandy has lived in Boca Raton for 25 years and has two wonderful teenage boys, an adopted cat named Leo, and rescued terrier mix named Orella. KENNEL CARE ATTENDANT Alejandro Alejandro grew up in Santiago Chile with 5 cats and 4 dogs. He moved to the United States 19 years ago and started working at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant where he worked for 17 years before relocating. Alejandro loves spending time with his dog Teddy Bear who is a 10 year old terrier mix. When not loving pets he can be found cooking, baking, entertaining friends, and spending time with his amazing husband Martin. Alejandro loves american pop culture and memorabilia . VETERINARY ASSISTANT Ricia Ricia joined our team directly after her high school graduation. She knew she wanted to work with animals from a early age. Once she was old enough, she began volunteering with Okeechobee nature center taking care of the exotic animals. Soon after she began working at an exotic pet store. She is currently enrolled in college with the hopes of earning a degree in animal psychology. Ricia is happy to be working with us to gain the experience she needs. KENNEL CARE ATTENDANT
